Started txtn with Jeremiah about the 2022 Highlander XSE he promptly txt back unlike other dealerships that till this date i havent gotten an answer back ive been looking for a car for the past 2 weeks and the Highlander caught my eye i wasnt actually looking for this particular car yet but because Jeremiah was really responsive even though we were just txtn no phone call yet he was really giving me the info i needed and that helped me lean towards the Highlander sometimes sales people ignore or think u might be wasting their time and even if so always gotta be polite and straightforward, Thanks Jeremiah for not ghosting me on my txts that made the difference i will buy again when im ready for another car

I drove an hr to go test drive it and told him I would be back next week to purchase because I had to sell my current truck later that night. He reached out later that same day to see if I had sold my truck, he then finished the financing over the phone then drove the truck to me, delivered it. Never had that kind of customer service when purchasing a vehicle from a dealerships before. Highly recommend!

I bought a hybrid vehicle that had just arrived on the lot and didn’t have a charging cable, and they shipped one to my house for free. They have a zero-pressure sales policy and were very friendly and easy to work with. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

After buying a last-minute plane ticket and renting a car, I still really wanted that road trip back, so I kept looking. Private sellers were unrealistic on pricing, so I shifted to used car lots—risky, in my experience. That’s when I found Konig Automotive Group, and specifically, Jeremiah. From the start, he was prompt, professional, and transparent. He even sent me a current Carfax report up front, which gave me confidence. After researching overnight, I met Jeremiah to test drive a 2007 Suburban. It was immaculate—great maintenance history, only two owners, and it drove perfectly. I didn’t even haggle (which is rare for me) because the price was already fair. The process was smooth: I paid cash, got my temp tag, and put some miles on it in Utah before heading out. Then came the real test—the 2,000-mile trip back to Georgia. The Suburban didn’t miss a beat, carrying us across 8 states in just two days without a single issue.
